TransformU Training and Development
TransformU Training and Development is committed to fairness, transparency, and student success. The following refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our programs, workshops, and training services.
1. Refunds Before the Program Start Date
Students who withdraw before their program begins are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable processing or administrative fees.

Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days.
2. Refunds After the Program Start Date
Once a program has officially started—whether online or in-person—all fees become non-refundable.
This includes:

Tuition fees
-
Registration fees
-
Workshop fees
-
Payment plan instalments already paid
No refunds will be issued for missed classes, late attendance, or course dissatisfaction once instruction has begun.
3. Program Cancellation by TransformU
If TransformU cancels a program, workshop, or training session:

Students will receive a full refund, OR
-
They may choose to transfer their payment to another upcoming program
TransformU will notify students by email if a cancellation occurs.
4. Payment Plans & Installments
Students using a payment plan remain fully responsible for the total program cost, even if they withdraw after classes begin.
Outstanding payments must still be paid according to the agreed schedule.
5. Transfers & Deferrals
Students may request to defer their enrollment to a future start date before the program begins.
Transfers are subject to space availability and approval by TransformU.
No transfers or deferrals are permitted after the program start date.
6. Non-Refundable Fees
The following are non-refundable at any time:

Application fees

Administrative fees
-
Digital materials or e-books
-
Certificates already issued

Late payment fees
7. Corporate Training & Organizational Contracts
Refunds for corporate or partner training follow the specific terms in the signed service agreement or invoice. These terms override general student policies.
8. Special Circumstances
In rare cases (medical emergencies, documented hardship, etc.), TransformU may consider an exception at our discretion.
Supporting documentation is required.
