Code of Conduct

All participants, staff, volunteers, and partners are expected to demonstrate respectful behavior, professionalism, integrity, and inclusivity.

Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information is collected and used only for program administration and communication purposes in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.

Anti-Discrimination & Harassment

TransformU maintains a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination, harassment, or bullying of any kind.

Health & Safety

Programs are delivered with attention to participant safety, emergency preparedness, and risk management.

Accessibility & Accommodation

Reasonable accommodations are provided to support participant inclusion.

Refund & Cancellation

TransformU Training Institute is committed to delivering high-quality community-based programs while maintaining fair and responsible administrative practices.

Registration Confirmation

Registration is confirmed once payment or approved payment arrangements have been received. Participants will receive confirmation and program details prior to the program start date.

Participant Cancellations

  • Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to the program start date may be eligible for a refund or credit, minus any non-refundable administrative fees.

  • Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the program start date are generally non-refundable, as program costs and staffing commitments have already been secured.

  • No refunds will be issued once a program has begun, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of TransformU.

Transfers

  • Participants may request to transfer their registration to a future session or another eligible program, subject to availability and approval.

  • Transfer requests must be submitted in writing.

Program Changes or Cancellations by TransformU

  • If a program is cancelled or rescheduled by TransformU, participants will be offered the option of a full refund, credit, or transfer to another program.

Subsidized and Sponsored Registrations

  • Subsidized, scholarship, or grant-funded registrations may have additional conditions and may not be eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Refund or Transfer

All requests must be submitted in writing to contact@transformuskills.com.

TransformU reserves the right to update this policy as needed.

Participants may submit concerns, complaints, or feedback through designated communication channels.
